Tactical Training weekend Day 2

The NBCF Security ministry will be sponsoring a Tactical Training weekend on Friday January 24th and Saturday January 25th.  These sessions will be taught by professionals and promise to be educational, informative and engaging!

Friday - 10AM (6-8 hours) - This all day training is for the NBCF staff, the Diaconate, Ushers, Greeters, Youth workers, Security Team and all other NBCF ministry workers  If you are available please sign-up and attend.  

This Violence Prevention and Response training will include:

·        De-Escalation

·        Understanding Aggression

·        Situational Awareness

·        Move, Evade, Defend

Friday - 7PM (2 hours) - This two hour session is open to all NBCF members, family  and friends and will discuss Violence Prevention and Response and introduce strategies that can be used anywhere.  There will also be a Q&A session to follow.

Saturday 9AM – 5PM – NBCF Security Team Specific and will include:

·        Control Tactics/ Defensive Tactics

·        Use of Force, restraint/escort, and control tactics

·        Hidden weapons recognition

·        Techniques: what to use, when and how to use it.

·        Teamwork
