The Seven Things God Hates
INTRODUCTION:
THE TEXT: PROV 6: 16 – 19, There are six things that the LORD hates, seven that are an abomination (NIV-detestable) to Him:
- A proud look (NIV -haughty eyes)
- A lying tongue
- Hands that shed innocent blood
- A heart that devises wicked imaginations (NIV-Schemes)
- Feet that be swift in running to mischief
- A false witness that speaks lies
- He that soweth discord among brethren
It is good to know what God desires of us and what he is pleased with…. And we also need to know what God hates and is not pleased with.
